Showing County and Inner London boundaries, with district centres labelled. Based on the 1981 census resident populations of 129,211 enumeration districts. The district names have been rearranged by hand, above the copy of the last illustration after application of an edge detection algorithm — written by the author on Archimedes and Sun computers.
