Postcode Areas - coloured at random (Colour).

121 areas drawn on an equal land area map - software by author on an Archimedes computer.

These areas are based around postal towns and are identified by the first two letters of the postcode. They are coloured at random to show what such distributions look like. On the computer screen the map appears like a brilliant stained glass window, which illustrates how the printing process can dull a picture.

First print from a series of three.
