Notice how these three sets of three distributions mirror each other. A serpentine streak of affluence snakes through the centre of the city, closely flanked by areas of the highest unemployment, lowest qualifications and worst jobs. If anything, the diversity becomes greater and the divisions are even sharper as the scale is increased.
