The 633 mainland parliamentary constituencies are each represented by a face whose features express the change in various variables, and which is coloured by the change in the mix of voting drawn on the equal population cartogram software by author on an Archimedes computer.

The reactions of the faces to change, and the possible responses in political terms, are intriguing. Croydon North West is upset and Taunton is non too happy while Aberdeen South has become most distressed. Here we can see many things at a glance and quickly estimate the relative importance in perspective is a particular relationship a general tendency or an isolated case?
